Collegial Consultation

When Kim-Oliver Tietze, the Hamburg-based diploma psychologist and founder of the »Collegial Consultation«, came to us, an exciting challenge was ahead. His proven method for collegial problem-solving needed a standalone logo and a corporate design that captures the essence of his work while appealing to a diverse range of professional groups. With these requirements in mind, we set out to create a visual identity that presents the »Collegial Consultation« in a new light.

Logo Design:
Cards on the Table

The new logo for the »Collegial Consultation« is a visual representation of the methodology developed by Kim-Oliver Tietze. It consists of six semi-transparent areas symbolizing the six steps of the consulting concept. These areas are arranged like cards spread out on a table – an allusion to the tools used in the consulting situation. The logo is not only a visual identifier but also a tool that helps explain and understand the method. It’s a perfect example of how design and content can work hand in hand.

Corporate Design: A Fresh Look That Fits

We developed a corporate design as unique as the »Collegial Consultation« itself. With a distinctive typography, a shape and color scheme derived from the logo, and a comprehensive style guide, we created a visual identity that reinforces the method and its identity. And because we know first impressions matter, we also designed templates for business cards, letterheads, info documents, and PowerPoint presentations.

Icons: Small Helpers with a Big Impact

To support the description of the method and enrich communication and presentations, we developed a set of 32 two-color icons. These small helpers are not only visually appealing but also help convey complex information in a simple and understandable way.

Website Design: A Digital Home

The new website for the »Collegial Consultation« is more than just a digital business card – it’s a place where Kim-Oliver Tietze’s method comes alive. The website’s design reflects the fresh and clear corporate design and offers visitors an intuitive and engaging user experience. Each page was carefully crafted to make the information and resources users need easily accessible and understandable.

In today’s digital world, it’s essential that websites look good and function well on all devices. Therefore, we developed a responsive design for the »Collegial Consultation« website that seamlessly adapts to different screen sizes. But our work didn’t end with the design. We also supported the HTML implementation to ensure the design is correctly realized and the website functions as intended.

The work we did for the »Collegial Consultation« has significantly improved its public perception. The new design and enhanced online presence have helped the method be perceived as more valuable and have substantially increased the quality of presentations. Most importantly, clients and participants now benefit from higher satisfaction.
