In addition to the Microdrones website, a service platform was conceptualized, designed, and programmed. On the site, customers can, for example, register purchased hardware and receive current product information and downloads.

Better overview for employees and customers
The existing CRM (Customer Relationship Management System) based on TYPO3 required a comprehensive redesign as well as various interface design and UX optimizations – both in the customer view and in the admin area. Slim structures and processes that are easy to understand for every customer and employee type were the requirements during the conception of the service website.

The TYPO3-developed site offers both employees and customers numerous options for easy management of purchased products. The designed and programmed features include, among others:
- Registration and management of the Microdrones drones and their buyers
- Create and manage new accounts and groups for customers and employees
- Informative dashboard overview with notices about updates, events, warnings, etc.
- Compose announcements tailored to specific customer types, communicate them via email or dashboard
- Tool area for downloading various tools with useful features for drones
- Download area for all information and sales materials related to drone models and services in the form of brochures
- Support area where tickets can be created
With these improvements, we have significantly enhanced the user experience for both Microdrones customers and employees. The new platform enables more efficient management and communication, ultimately leading to higher customer satisfaction and more effective internal workflows.
